 &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Para o bolo:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;3 ovos&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1 chávena de chá de açucar&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;150g de manteiga&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1 chávena e meia de farinha&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1 colher de sopa rasa de fermento &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1/2 chávena de chocolate em pó&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;meia chávena de leite&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o pudim:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;4 ovos&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;2 latas de leite normal (a lata medida é a do leite condensado)&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; Preparação: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Ligar o forno a 180ºC. Colocar um tabuleiro (eu tenho 2 formas redondas sem buraco: usei a mais pequena para fazer o bolo e a maior para pôr a água) com água a ferver, uma vez que o bolo-pudim vai cozer em banho-maria. Barrar uma forma redonda sem buraco com caramelo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bolo: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Bater o açucar com os 3 ovos inteiros. Adicionar a manteiga derretida e mexer novamente. Juntar a farinha, o chocolate, o fermento e a meia chávena de leite. Bater bem. Deitar na forma sobre o caramelo e reservar.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pudim: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Bater muito bem todos os ingredientes ao mesmo tempo e deitar sobre a massa do bolo.&lt;br /&gt;É nesta altura que a massa do bolo "engole" o pudim e este sim fica em contacto com o caramelo... isto tem certamente uma explicação química!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Vai ao forno a cozer em banho-maria cerca de uma hora (o meu teve um bocadinho mais... tinha o forno muito baixo). Desenformar depois de arrefecer completamente. Untar com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha, uma forma redonda sem buraco de 20 cm ou um tabuleiro rectangular de 20x30 cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num recipiente, juntar o chocolate em pó e café, adicionar a água quente e mexer até dissolver. Adicionar o Baileys e o sal. Deixar arrefecer completamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Partir o chocolate em pedacinhos e derrete-lo em banho-maria ou no microondas. Deixar arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com a batedeira eléctrica, bater a manteiga com o açúcar. Juntar os ovos, batendo entre cada adição. Adicionar o chocolate derretido e o açúcar baunilhado, bater bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com a batedeira na velocidade lenta, juntar metade da mistura de café à massa do bolo. Posteriormente adicionar metade da farinha e do fermento (previamente peneirados), misturar bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finalmente, adicionar a restante mistura de café e a restante farinha. Bater bem com a batedeira, até a massa ficar homogénea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deitar a massa na forma preparada e levar ao forno até estar cozido (teste do palito no centro do bolo). Depois de 15 minutos no forno, tapar com uma folha de papel de alumínio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retirar do forno e deixar arrefecer. Desenformar o bolo para o prato de servir.&lt;br /&gt;Num tachinho juntar todos os ingredientes para a cobertura e levar a lume brando (mexendo sempre). Deixar o chocolate derreter completamente e o creme engrossar um pouco. Untar uma forma rectangular (pequena) com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Juntar todos os ingredientes para o bolo numa tigela, bater com a batedeira durante 5 minutos. Despejar a massa na forma e levar ao forno até estar cozido (fazer o teste do palito). Esperar 10 minutos antes de desenformar o bolo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Levar metade da água a ferver. Adicionar o chocolate derretido e misturar até obter uma massa homogénea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na forma preparada anteriormente, deitar metade da massa de chocolate, colocar a massa branca e finalmente a restante massa de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Levar ao forno até estar cozido (teste do palito no centro do bolo), pode ser necessário durante o tempo de cozedura tapar o bolo com /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Massa do pão de ló:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 ovos, 5 colheres sopa Açúcar, 5 colheres de sopa de farinha, ½ copo (250 ml) de água, 2 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó, 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó, 2 colheres de sopa de óleo de milho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ø Bater as 5 claras em neve, acrescentar as 5 gemas, e em seguida, as 5 colheres de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;Ø Desligar a batedeira, e misturar delicadamente a farinha, intercalando com a água.&lt;br /&gt;Ø Por último, acrescentar, óleo, chocolate e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;Ø Colocar em uma forma untada em temperatura de 180º por +/- 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Recheio : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um copo de chantilly batido e raspa de chocolate meio amargo picada grosseiramente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Recheio 2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mousse Preta:&lt;br /&gt;1 copo e meio de clara, 1 xícara de açúcar, 12gr de gelatina sem sabor, 300gr de chocolate meio amargo, 1 lata de creme de leite com soro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ø Levar ao fogo em banho maria a clara e o açúcar, mexendo sempre, ate atingir a temperatura de 60 graus.&lt;br /&gt;(Dica : na falta de um termômetro coloque o dedo ate suportar 10 segundos);&lt;br /&gt;Ø Em seguida leve a batedeira até ficar no ponto de “suspiro”, reserve;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ø Derreta o chocolate por mais ou menos 30 segundos no microondas ou em banho Maria;&lt;br /&gt;Ø Adicione o creme de leite com soro, e a gelatina hidratada e dissolvida em meia xícara de água;&lt;br /&gt;Ø Misture em seguida levemente ao “suspiro” reservado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Recheio 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mousse Branca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250gr de chocolate branco, 1 copo de chantilly batido, 1 lata de creme de leite com soro, 12gr de gelatina sem sabor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derreter o chocolate, misturar o creme de leite, a gelatina hidratada e dissolvida e o chantilly batido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cobertura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ganache:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100gr de chocolate meio amargo, 100gr de chocolate ao leite, ½ lata de creme de leite.&lt;br /&gt;Derreter o chocolate e adicionar o creme de leite com soro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lateral do Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;200gr de chocolate fracionado preto e branco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte uma tira de papel manteiga ou acetato na altura igual a lateral do bolo, espalhe uma camada uniforme do chocolate derretido e reserve em temperatura ambiente.&lt;br /&gt;Antes de endurecer por completo coloque sobre a lateral do bolo.&lt;br /&gt;Levar geladeira por cerca de 10 min ou até que a tira fique opaca.&lt;br /&gt;Remova a tira puxando pela ponta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Montagem&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Ø Partir a massa ao meio (será utilizada apenas uma parte do bolo);&lt;br /&gt;Ø Massa umedecer com calda, adicionar Recheio 01, depois Recheio 2, Ganache;&lt;br /&gt;Ø Recheio 3 e ganache na cobertura e a fita de chocolate na lateral.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Decorar com chatilly e cerejas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div
